At-Bay Stance Sessions

In conjunction with At-Bay's new security product launch, I led the development of "Stance Sessions" – a specialized webinar series designed to position At-Bay as a thought leader in cybersecurity while delivering actionable insights to clients and prospects. This initiative served as both an educational platform and a strategic marketing vehicle to expand At-Bay's brand presence in the competitive security sector.

Design Challenge

Our team needed to create a distinctive visual identity and presentation system that would:

  • Convey expertise and authority in the cybersecurity landscape

  • Establish immediate recognition while maintaining flexibility for long-term series growth

  • Support complex technical content with clear visual hierarchy

  • Translate effectively across multiple digital platforms and marketing touchpoints

  • Complement At-Bay's existing brand architecture while establishing Stance Sessions as a specialized sub-brand

My Role

As Lead Designer, I directed the complete visual development process, from concept through implementation. My responsibilities included:

  • Developing the Stance Sessions identity system and visual language

  • Creating flexible presentation templates engineered for technical content

  • Designing supporting marketing assets for cross-channel promotion

  • Establishing visual guidelines to ensure consistency as the series evolved

Key Stakeholders

  • Chief Marketing Officer: Overseeing brand alignment and marketing strategy

  • Head of Product Marketing: Guiding messaging and educational content direction

  • General Manager of Security Services: Providing subject matter expertise and business objectives

Design exploration

Brainstorming sketches

I had two ideas that I ran with, the first being a festival or event band and the second being the play on the existing “At-Bay hyphen shape”. I drew some rough ideas in my notebook.

Proposed Visual Directions

After roughly sketching out my visual directions, I pulled them into Figma to start bringing them to life.

Expanded Slide Library

We decided to go with lighter version of Visual Direction B. I took this opportunity to expand the slide library to give the presenters templates to work with.
